The Fund offers two types of immigration legal services: general consultations with an immigration attorney and preparation and filing of certain applications.
Immigration consultations are FREE to members, their spouses and children 26 years and younger. These confidential, 30-minute appointments are available once a month. Consultations are conducted virtually by a trusted, experienced, and local, immigration attorney.
Legal Services. The Fund refers members, their spouses and their dependents up to age to qualified and experienced legal service providers for legal consultations and application preparation and filing. Legal services are available for:
- N400: Application for Naturalization
- N600: Certificate of Citizenship
- I-90: Application to renew the permanent residency card
Eligiblity: Members, Spouses and Dependents 21 years and younger.
